Personal Trainer (Part-Time)

Location: Park Hall Hotel Leisure & Spa

Salary: 8,000-12,000 per year (part-time) + uncapped PT earnings
Hours: 12-20 per week (contracted hours cover your PT rent)

At Park Hall Hotel Leisure & Spa, we're building more than a gym, we're creating a wellbeing hub for our members. We're now looking for a motivated, people-focused Personal Trainer to deliver results-driven coaching, lead classes, and make the gym floor a welcoming and inspiring space.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality PT sessions that help clients achieve real results Support members with inductions and floor-based guidance Lead small-group classes in your own style (strength, mobility, conditioning, etc.) Ensure the gym is safe, tidy, and motivating Collaborate with spa, reception, and F&B teams to deliver a complete wellbeing experience

What We're Looking For

Level 3 PT qualification (REPs/CIMSPA) + valid First Aid Confident, approachable communicator with strong people skills Team player who brings energy and reliability A unique skill set (e.g. S&C, sports massage, mobility, pre/post-natal, or your own niche) Driven to grow a thriving PT business and build long-term client relationships
