Job Description

As a result of the company's increasing growth and a strong order book, MM Engineering are seeking skilled Fitters to join our dynamic production team, specialising in manufacturing a range of industrial products and components. This role involves the fitting of components to bespoke products that are manufactured to order at our company premises.

Responsibilities:



Assemble and fit components to custom-built industrial products Follow detailed engineering drawings and instructions to ensure accurate assembly Conduct quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Maintain a clean and organised workspace Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:



Proven experience in a similar fitter or assembler role A formal qualification in mechanical or production engineering is advantageous Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively Flexibility to work full-time hours, with additional hours available (overtime paid at an enhanced rate) Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational abilities A proactive and self-motivated attitude

Salary and Benefits:
