Job Description

The Estates Directorate at Queen\xe2\x80\x99s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint to the post of Plumber/Fitter.

The successful candidate will provide an effective and efficient maintenance repair service on all mechanical plant, pipe work, waste systems, plumbing (and other equipment as required) within the University.

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:

• Relevant academic vocational qualification in a mechanical trade (plumbing/heating/building services) e.g. NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) OR Time served plumber/fitter.

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 recent, relevant post apprenticeship mechanical trade experience in maintaining building services systems and plant in a similar environment to the University.
