We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Fix Auto team.
This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication between clients and Fix Auto . The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Experience
Proven experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial , preferably within a customer service environment
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally over the phone and via email
Day to day duties will include :
Dealing with Fix Auto telephone calls and walk-in customers.
You'll be the front line for the customers and be their contact whilst their vehicle is on site, Providing them with frequent updates on the progress of their vehicle making their experience easy and hassle-free.
Organizing collections and deliveries of the vehicles with the transport drivers and courtesy car needs.
Taking payment from customers and processing invoice and credit notes within the company systems.
