We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
Providing support to the Litigation Director and Employment Lawyer, the role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities include
Preparing documents and correspondence, including preparing mail and enclosures.
Typing letters and other legal documents (utilising dictation software)
Photocopying and filing;
Opening and closing matter files;
Handling telephone and other queries from clients and others including taking initial enquiries.
We are looking for someone with experience of working as a secretary or assistant within a legal environment. You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to type efficiently and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience of using case management systems would be beneficial.

Contract length: 9 months
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
