We're on the hunt for a

dynamic, commercially minded senior Store Manager

to lead our

York Flagship store

, a store that is the heart and soul of our retail experience.

?Your Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver magical service every day.

Take ownership of sales, performance, and KPIs - turning targets into triumphs.

Keep operations smooth: from rotas and recruitment, to stock and safety.

Champion visual merchandising and maintain our high brand standards.

Ensure the team are performance managed daily and achieve the standards requested.

Manage payroll, budgets, reporting, and day-to-day store admin.

Be the face of the brand in our most iconic, highest turnover location.

?What We're Looking For

Proven commercial success in senior retail store management.

Proven experience of managing a high turnover store in a busy city centre environment.

A passion for beauty and bathing products.

A natural and commercially driven leader with strong people and communication skills, with proven experience in managing a team of 10+ team members each day.

Commercially sharp with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

Obsessed with delivering standout customer experiences.

Highly organised and confident juggling multiple priorities.

Creative, hands-on, and passionate about beautiful spaces and products.
