Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in employability tutoring and a passion for educating others. This role is essential in developing the skills and knowledge of participants, ensuring they achieve their personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

Design and implement employability training programmes that cater to various skill levels. Conduct engaging training sessions that educate participants on techniques, strategies, and best practices regarding gaining emplpyment. Assess individual performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and growth. Monitor participant progress and adjust training methods as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in training, (preferable). Strong educational skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with participants. Ability to motivate individuals and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Most of the work is term time only.
