About The Role





Fleet Administrator



Location: Silvertown, E16 2BZ



Salary: 25,000 per annum



Contract type: Permanent, Full Time



Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week






Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills will make a real impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support our logistics team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our fleet runs smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of all vehicles in our fleet. You'll schedule regular maintenance, co-ordinate repairs, and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards, keeping our operations running smoothly Maintain accurate records of each vehicle, including registration details, maintenance history, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies Manage fleet management systems and technologies to track vehicle location, monitor driving behaviour, and boost overall efficiency Work closely with suppliers, such as vehicle maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, and insurance companies, to ensure seamless fleet operations Liaise with internal staff and clients through phone, email, and face-to-face appointments, ensuring clear and effective communication Respond promptly to internal and external queries via email and phone, providing excellent service and support

About You:



Experience in a similar admin-based role within a transport, logistics, or fleet environment. Confident using tools such as MS Excel, Outlook, and transport or compliance databases Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines Experience Handling PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) Processes Understanding of the end-to-end process of managing PCNs or willingness to learn quickly if familiar with similar compliance admin Clear and professional written and verbal communication with colleagues, drivers, and external parties Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
