Established in 2018, Zenith Eco Solutions has an aim along with Britain to improve Britain's emissions. We aim to achieve this by installing energy saving measure in domestic properties across the UK. We specialise in installing insulation measure such as "Underfloor insulation", "Loft Insulation", "Cavity wall insulation" and "Internal Wall Insulation". We also install more energy efficient heating systems such as Condensing boiler upgrades and air source heat pumps.

At the recent Northwest Energy Efficiency Awards, Zenith ECO solutions were awarded Winners of the Regional Boiler & Heating Installer and Contractor of the Year for 2024, In addition to the top honour, Zenith received commendation for the regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year Award. Our team's success continued with another commendation for the regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year Award.

Due to continued growth, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced

Fleet and stores coordinator,

this position would suit someone who prides themselves on a professional approach with experience in this role.

The role will involve

o Scheduling regular maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe of around a fleet of 20 plus vehicles around the UK.

o Record Keeping

o Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and usage.

o Identify and address issues that cause vehicle downtime, optimizing fleet utilisation

o Driver Management

o Ensure they meet safety standards and company policies.

o Preparing and completing stores checks for delivery or pickup according to the procurement manager

o Receiving and processing stores stock products

o Performing stores inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits

o Maintain a safe operating facility space

o Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the project data storage system.

o Maintain physical condition of the stores; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

o Plan and manage driver schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising routes.

o Driver Behaviour:

o Monitor driver behaviour and implement programs to improve safety and efficiency.

o Ensure drivers comply with all relevant regulations, including hours of service and safety requirements.

o The stores person must ensure that the head office receives the following information.

o Daily - Incoming/outgoing shipment reports, copies of Goods receipt numbers (GRN's) and quality inspection reports

o Weekly - Project related stock/material reports (in and out movements and quantities)

o Monthly - Physical inventory reports

Applicant will be expected to manage a small storage unit that involves heavy lifting and stocking up trade vehicles as and when required.

The role may also involve travelling to sites to pick up and swap out broken down vehicles and collect and deliver stock to trades. A company vehicle will be provided for this.

Qualifications and Experience



Working within the fleet and stores sectors

ISOH Managing Safety - (desirable)

Proven working experience as a Fleet/store person

Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

Familiarity with modern fleet and stores practices and methods

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects

Full UK Driving License essential



Shifts Monday to Friday 07:30am to 13:30am = part time 30 to 35 hours per week pro rata salary. FTE 40 hours. - hours negotiable = full time shifts can be between 07:30 to 17:00pm

Salary up to 30,000 pro rata DOE
