Package:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm (can be flexible for the right person)
Hours:
25-hour contract / paid overtime will be available
Basic:
16,562 per annum / 12.77 per hour
Main Duties Include
:
Support the Fleet team by managing accurate and efficient administrative processes.
Keeping in communication with customers, notifying them via telephone and email of any changes or updates to their sales agreement, prior to handover.
Be a part of the sales objective and support the team to achieving the objective number
Ensure adherence to company and dealership handover, follow-up, and prospecting procedures, including recording compliance on each deal record and verifying team completion
Consistently record the full order to delivery process internally on Dealerweb,I Store Docs and Fleet Procure (where applicable), following the current group delivery processes
We're Looking For!
Experience within a sales biased administration role would be preferred
Ability to build a strong rapport with new and existing customers at both entry level to Senior/ Managing Director status.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are imperative for this role
You must be computer literate and be able to adapt to learning our bespoke systems
This role will require some vehicle logistics,
you must hold a full valid driving license
