Fleet Driver


Location: Oxford


Contract Type: Permanent Full Time


Weekly Hours: Ave 30 hours / week


Salary: 14.64 / hour


Cleaning is Churchill's largest long-established business area and as a Fleet Driver you will have the all-important duty of providing efficient and reliable transportation of Trust vehicles to and from ambulance stations, Fleet workshops and other contractors. Working alone and in full compliance with current legislation, the Fleet Driver will be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.


As a Fleet Driver, you will be looking after [SEcamb area] and plan movements efficiently and to assist workshop staff as required, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance on Trust vehicles as instructed and trained.


Your safety is very important to us, so we will make sure that you're aware of our latest policies and will provide the necessary training required to carry out your role.

As a Fleet Driver you'll have:


Full clean driving licence
Drivers qualifying since January 1997 must have C1 classification on their licence
Basic Road Transport Legislation
Basic vehicle maintenance
Two years driving experience
Experience of driving light goods vehicles
Some shift work
