In this role you'll be the central point of coordination for all things fleet and facilities. From managing vehicle logistics to supporting compliance and sustainability initiatives, your work will directly impact the smooth running of our business.
You will act as the first point of contact for all fleet and facilities queries coordinating responses and ensuring timely resolutions as well as managing key administrative tasks such as driver licence checks, insurance claims, RAC membership, and onboarding processes.

What you'll be doing
Analyse and present management information (MI) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Oversee the coordination and maintenance of pool and company vehicles, including resolving charging issues and maintenance requests.
Administer our internal quality and document management system and our EV charging platform--onboarding users, managing access, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across our internal platforms and shared drives.
Support compliance activities including vehicle servicing, maintenance tracking, and policy reviews.
Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and implement best practices across fleet and facilities operations.
What you'll bring
Essential skills: (These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role)
Advanced Excel skills are essential - you'll be using excel every day for data management and reporting of management information.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or fleet sector.
Familiarity with building maintenance, safety compliance, or vendor coordination.
A background in supporting fleet operations or facilities management.
An interest in developing Power BI or data visualisation skills.
An NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent experience in an administrative role.

Our active safety track site is one of the leading accredited Euro NCAP testing facilities, trialling and assessing the very latest developments in vehicle safety and assistance technologies.
