Fleet Logistics Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all vehicle movements across branches, vendors, and customer delivery/collection points, ensuring fleet availability and operational efficiency. Oversee the installation and maintenance of GPS trackers, dashcams, and other monitoring equipment to ensure all vehicles are tracked and compliant at all times. Monitor systems daily to ensure 100% visibility and take immediate action if a vehicle is offline or not reporting. Conduct regular audits of all vehicle keys, ensuring they are stored securely and accounted for at all times. Supervise, schedule, and support fleet jockeys ensuring timely execution of vehicle transfers and movements. Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, fuelled, and fully prepped to meet company standards before being rented or relocated. Collaborate with the fleet team to identify and escalate warranty concerns, promptly report mechanical issues, and actively work to minimize vehicle downtime. Oversee on-site safety and security of all vehicles, enforcing protocols for parking, locking, and handling. Ensure all logistics processes comply with legal, safety, and internal company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
