Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don't do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.



This role is in our

Plant & Fleet department,

our Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs, offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.

What will you be doing?

Actively review external hire reports to identify opportunities for optimising internal vehicles



Collaborate closely across all locations to maximise utilisation of M Group Assets



Manage vehicle exchanges end-to-end from delivery to collection, ensuring it is accurately recorded using management software (InspHire, Jaama Key2, Oracle).



Build and maintain strong relationships with M Group Services Businesses' to support seamless operations



Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of rental management and general administration and system usage



Contribute as a team player, supporting colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve shared goals

What you'll bring

Relevant experience within the Fleet or Rental Industry in a similar role is desirable. Experience of Insphire and/or Jaama Key2 is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications.
