Fleet Performance Administrator

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00, flexitime availableSalary: 27k-29K (pay award pending Jan 26)

You will be responsible for compiling fleet performance reports for a fleet of over 500 vehicles and circa 560 drivers. You will be collating information from multiple sources to provide timely reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly in regard to fleet performance..

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet MPG performance

Fleet utilisation

SAFED performance

Fleet Adblue consumption

Route analysis

Tachograph compliance reporting

Producing internal presentations & reports for management

Create and maintain various databases to supply reporting requirements

About You:

Previous experience as an Administrator is essential.

Previous reporting or fleet analysis work be a distinct advantage-

Knowledge of operator licencing would be advantageous, but not essential

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, working with complex formulas

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
