We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales professional to drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and manage a significant portfolio of fleet customers across the UK. The role combines consultative sales, strategic account management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for developing fleet sales across the UK, managing key accounts, and identifying new high-value business opportunities. Acting as a trusted manager, you will provide expert consultancy on vehicle solutions, funding, and whole-life costs while consistently representing our culture of quality and excellence.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone who combines experience, drive, and strong industry networks to help grow our multi-franchise van sales operation, who can demonstrate:
Current access to a network of fleet operations
Deliver fleet sales in line with company, manufacturer, and compliance standards
Achieve quarterly and annual volume, revenue, and profitability targets
Identify and convert new fleet opportunities while developing innovative routes to market
Manage and grow a portfolio of 250400 active fleet customers
Provide expert consultancy on LCV solutions, whole-life costs, EV options, and emissions compliance
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, leasing companies, brokers, and finance partners
Lead account planning, contract renewals, and framework agreements to drive retention and growth
Work closely with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience
Maintain strong governance across safety, FCA compliance, and fleet-related legislation

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of Van Corporate / Leasing
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
