Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of our customers fleet vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service within the Fleet managemet sector.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all commercial staff fitting can carry out planned work. Coordinate regular fleet inspections and servicing of our customers fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Oversee repairs and maintenance activities, liaising with custmers and service providers as necessary. Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of tyre usage, maintenance schedules, and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any fleet-related inquiries or issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in fleet tyre management or a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong industry knowledge to understand vehicle maintenance requirements.. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
