We are a National Cleaning Company looking to recruit a Fleet/Stock Coordinator based at Head Office. We are seeking someone enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic who thrives on collaboration and efficiency. You will ensure the smooth operation of our fleet whilst using data to manage driving performance , tracking, mileage and fuel consumption on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities;
1st point of contact with the field staff for issues with vehicles
Monitoring driving performance of engineers vehicle checks H & S compliance
oversee driver documents (licenses), carry out regular audits
Deal with any insurance claims/accidents , and maintain servicing, MOT, insurance, tax and repairs to ensure compliance.
Manage inventory of stock with field teams, ordering and despatching when required and collect local supplies if needed.
Requirements for the role
Full Clean Driving Licence
Experience in fleet administration, compliance, maintenance, scheduling and stock control.
IT confident , with vehicle tracking systems experience.
Health and Safety knowledge an advantage for compliance understanding
Safely carry out manual handling of stock when required.
