We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused

FlexGuard

Operator

to join our production team. This role is responsible for the

assembly of individual FlexGuard

units

, ensuring all products are assembled to the highest quality, safety, and customer standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting efficient production flow, maintaining quality compliance, and contributing positively to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble individual FlexGuard units accurately in line with work instructions and specifications. Ensure all components are fitted correctly and finished to the required standard. Carry out visual and basic quality checks during and after assembly. Follow all health & safety procedures and safe systems of work. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area. Report any defects, faults, or material shortages to the supervisor promptly. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is desirable but not essential. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. A strong focus on quality and consistency. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and be trained on new processes.
