rademaster approved are looking for flexi bendi driver to operate a aisle masters truck in a busy warehouse located in Pollington DN14 Area

Shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.30am till 4pm and Friday 7.30am till 1.30pm

Overtime available - Pay is 13.71 for the first 40 hours anything over 40 hours is paid at 20.56 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday

Certificate must be dated within the last 3 years and not in house , if in house conversions can be done

Responsibilities

Safely operate and drive lorries to transport goods to designated locations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policies Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Experience

Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for operating lorries Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on the vehicle is advantageous Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, as it aids in understanding logistics processes Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers Familiarity with flatbed lorry operations is preferred
