We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment.
This role is deliver our Flexible Commissioning contract.
3 x 3.5 hour sessions per week @ 260 per 3.5 hour session.
Days and times can be arranged at the convenience of yourself and the practice.
No Lab fees.
Further days and times can be provided at another site if needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilise medical imaging techniques to assess dental issues accurately.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the practice.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the relevant dental board.
Valid dental licence to practice within the jurisdiction.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
