Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support service users with medication, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
Encourage and promote service users' independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
Provide emotional support through conversation, companionship, and engagement in hobbies and activities.
Assist with laundry and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies and service user care plans.
Report any changes in health or wellbeing to the Registered Manager promptly.
Attend and participate in mandatory training, meetings, and ongoing development.
Safeguard service users from abuse, neglect, or poor practice and report any concerns immediately.
Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards and the organisation's policies and procedures.

Requirements
Right to work in the UK
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
