Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team at our manufacturing and distribution centre in Stockport. As a key member of our small team, you'll play a vital role in the production and dispatch of our bespoke flexible flue liner, Dura Flue.

Key Responsibilities

Operating the Flexible Flue Liner Machine:

Run our bespoke flexible flue liner machine (full training provided).

Lifting Coils of Steel:

Safely lift coils of steel (up to 20kg) on and off the machine as part of the production process.

Wrapping the Liner:

Wrap the finished liner onto the hasp, ensuring correct and secure packaging.

Order Fulfilment:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

Pallet Wrapping:

Wrap flue liners and pallets for dispatch.

General Warehouse Duties:

Assist with general warehouse tasks to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Workplace Management:

Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized work area at all times.

Weekly Maintenance:

Carry out weekly maintenance checks and basic upkeep of the machine to ensure optimal performance.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Experience & Training

Hard Press Machine Experience:

Not required, but preferable. Full training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Warehouse Experience:

Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, but not essential.

Fork Lift Truck (Counter Balance) Experience:

Experience is preferred, but not essential.
