From CHEFS, to Kitchen assistants and Kitchen Porter,
to join our vibrant Agency culinary team. As a key player in our kitchen, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal production, ensuring freshness and quality.
Support the cooking process by following established recipes and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Help with catering events, preparing dishes that meet customer specifications.
Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Participate in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while following all operational procedures.
Skills
Experience in catering or a similar culinary environment is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation.
A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities within the kitchen.
