Overview

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role requires someone who is not only attentive to the needs of the children but also engages them in activities that promote learning and development.

Duties

Supervise and ensure the safety of children Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including educational games and outdoor play Assist with homework and provide teaching support as needed Prepare meals and snacks while adhering to any dietary restrictions Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns Drive children to school, extracurricular activities, or appointments as required

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or nannying is essential Strong teaching skills to support children's learning and development Proficiency in English is required A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe atmosphere for children Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 day

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
