Looking for supply teaching work closer to home? Right Education is working with primary schools across Spalding and the surrounding villages, registering teachers who can step in with confidence and bring energy to the classroom.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities:

Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths Delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring learning objectives are met Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Managing behaviour in line with school policies Supporting pupils' learning and well-being

What you'll need:

UK QTS with recent classroom experience in primary schools Flexibility to work across different year groups or settings Strong classroom management and a calm, adaptable approach Availability for at least 2-3 days per week during term time
