We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Role
As a Flexographic Printer your primary focus will be to ensure the timely production of Flexo print work, using all available print equipment. Our ideal candidate will have experience of operating Flexo presses such as: Mark Andy XL, 2200F, P7 & P9.
Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced production environment on a consistent basis. Your main task involves ensuring the consistent production of high-quality printed labels. Diligence is paramount for this role in ensuring we achieve the exacting requirements of our growing customer base.
Time management & prioritization is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be client-driven is essential.
Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to -
Operating a Flexo Press
Product inspection checks.
Prioritising workload with the team.
Basic administrative work including data entry.
The role is a full-time permanent position working on site with a competitive salary of 26,000 - 34,000 per annum, dependent on previous experience, competence & performance. Working a 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday.

Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
Target & client driven.
There is a requirement of 2 years previous experience operating conventional print machines.
Preferred experience operating MarkAndy.
