VACANCY - Flight Instructor (FI) (Casual/Freelance)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality flight instruction in accordance with Saxon Air's standards and UK CAA aviation regulations. Mentor and guide student pilots, helping them develop their skills and confidence while acquiring their PPL and associated ratings. Participate in regular training activities within Saxon Air. Contribute to the safety and operational excellence of all our flight operations.
Qualifications:

Current UK flight Instructor rating, FI Current UK CAA medical (as required) Passion for teaching and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to undergo further training and development within the aviation industry.
As part of the recruitment for this role, candidates must be willing to undergo psychometric testing prior to appointment.
