We are seeking a detail orientated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Flight Operations Assistant to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our flight training school. The position will require excellent organisational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for aviation.
Key Responsibilities: Flight Scheduling: Assist in managing flight schedules, ensuring optimal utilisation of aircraft and instructors.
Student Coordination: Communicate with students to confirm flight appointments and address any inquiries.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all flight operations adhere to safety protocols, reporting any safety concerns promptly.
Resource Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies necessary for flight operations & student support.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain flight training records, including student progress reports and aircraft maintenance logs. All the documentation requirements & training materials for all our training students and supporting our 5 academies.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues professionally.
We use a range of Computer software to support these tasks and training will be given.
Qualifications:
Aviation-related education or training is a plus but not essential as all training will be given. Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is highly desirable. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Word ,we use a range of Computer software to support these tasks and training will be given. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Passion for aviation and a commitment to safety.
