We are looking for an experienced

Insight & Experimentation Data Analyst

with expertise in

BigQuery

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through data-driven insights and experimentation, helping to shape our

Smart Syndication

product offering. You will collaborate across teams to deliver compelling insights that influence decision-making at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Smart Syndication Development

: Build and enhance our

Smart Syndication

product with dashboards that emphasise usability and self-service.

Content Growth

: Identify opportunities to improve our clients' content experience by leveraging their diverse customer data.

Actionable Insights

: Transform complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions across the organisation.

Experimentation

: Lead and design robust tests, driving high-quality experimentation to optimise outcomes.

Project Management

: Manage multiple complex insight projects that are critical to the business strategy and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on BigQuery and cloud data platforms. Hands-on experience with BI/visualisation tools (e.g., SiSense). Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and deliver impactful, data-driven insights. Experience in designing, executing, and analysing experiments. Proficient in SQL for querying and managing data. Bonus: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for data and experimentation. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex findings into easy-to-understand insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
