Float Host/Receptionist (Weekday & Evening Roles)

We're thrilled to announce that Float Hub is expanding, and we're looking for two new

Float Hosts

to join our team! We're recruiting for a

weekend host

and an

evening host

to cover shifts including Saturday PM, and rotating shifts across other evenings.

We've recently relaunched after a major refurbishment, and have been getting incredible feedback to our new space designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growth from the ground up within the thriving wellness industry.

The Role

As a Float Host, you'll be integral to our daily operations, primarily responsible for ensuring members and customers are fully prepared for their float experience.

Deliver world-class service with a calm, welcoming style, connecting genuinely with every customer. Handle membership inquiries, sales, and renewals. Embody Float Hub's core values. Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards in our float spa.

Restock and clean rooms meticulously after each client.

Ideal Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience in a customer service environment. Excellent communication and computer literacy. Positive and proactive mindset. Experience in gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, beauty centers, yoga studios, complementary medicine, or massage is a plus. First Aid & Emergency Responder qualified (nice to have!).
We give priority to individuals who love and understand float therapy or float regularly.
