You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute towards the dynamics and success of the store. You will need to have great communication skills when dealing with our diverse customer base by displaying friendliness, a positive attitude, resolving problems and confidence in handling our customers' money in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do on daily basis:
Customer Service
Provide excellent Customer Services to all customers with speed, accuracy, tact. and resolve customer complaints
Communicate effectively with customers about the services, conditions and foreign exchange rates and proactively sell all services offered by the Company in order to maximize revenues and cross-selling opportunities
Resolve money transfer and foreign exchange orders, incidences and work together with different departments including Customer Services, Operations and Compliance
Ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally, both written and oral.
Flexibility to cover all Ria stores within London, accepting that such stores requiring said cover may change at short notice. Remain in contact with Line Manager to maintain full shift coverage.
Sales Expectations
Promote and inform to the customers about our marketing campaigns, services and products.
Participate in visits to relevant community businesses/ places of interest e.g. ethnic shops, community associations to promote and increase the stores standing and/ or leaflet distribution.
Identify potential advertising/ marketing opportunities or community events
Administration:
Assist the store manager in the work necessary to achieve monthly goals:
Adhere to the correct opening and closing procedures, ensuring the securing of all monies within the safe and the engaging of the alarm system when closing the store.
Keep accurate and efficient process and record routine operations of the store.
Keep till always ordered and reconcile your own till at the end of the shift quickly and error free.
Follow established procedures to adhere to legislation and Company AML policies.
Follow the Security and Cash Control procedures in place for stores ensuring the security of the teller zone, to which no outsider may be permitted entry with approval.
Perform the steps required during the regular collection of funds by the approved Armguard Company.
Provide guidance and training to junior tellers.
Assist the store manager/ supervisor in the work necessary to achieve monthly goals
Able to work weekends as needed
Available to travel around London to cover different areas.

School, college or university diploma with demonstrable numerical abilities
Experience working with clients and building relationships.
Proven experience in customer services and/or cashier's role for +1 years, with at least 6 months of cash-handling experience
For this particular role we would prefer to consider candidates who speak (English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French).
