We are inviting applications for the above post.



You would be providing management of a nominated setting or service for individuals with complex needs, ensuring the management of the staff team and service provided is in accordance with Drives' policies and procedures and Positive Behavior Management Strategies.

This includes the continuing responsibility for the assessment of care and support needs, implementation and evaluation of programs of care and support, the setting of relevant standards of care and support, and coaching through positive monitoring.

To apply for this post, you must have the following:



Formal qualification in PBM (i.e. PBS BTEC Level 4 Professional Certificate), BSc in Intellectual and Development Disabilities, MSc in Analysis and Intervention in Learning Disability or Applied Behavior Analysis, be currently working towards achieving qualification or have the commitment to enroll after successful probation period and complete qualification.

A minimum of 2 years' management experience of working with people with learning disabilities in a residential setting

Five years' experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism and challenging behavior

The Practice Leader will be a full-time position and all applicants must be able to drive.
