We are currently looking for a Floating Store Manager for our London network.
As a Floating Store Manager, you will oversee and ensure the operational success of several Oh My Cream boutiques, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your mission:
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of your assigned stores
Drive store performance by managing sales operations and monitoring key indicators: revenue, average basket size, conversion rate, team objectives, etc.
Boost sales by maintaining high standards in customer service and store image
Lead your teams in line with Oh My Cream values
Manage all store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure the highest standards of presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
Ensure all internal procedures are respected

You will also lead by example by performing the following duties :
Provide a personalized welcome to each customer
Perform our expert, tailor-made facial treatments using Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare (if you hold a recognized beauty therapy qualification)
Advise, sell, and build customer loyalty
Help grow store turnover
Run masterclasses and brand events in-store
Manage stock, replenishment, and store organization
Profile:
You are passionate about beauty and skincare, with a true appetite for expertise
You are energetic, positive, eager to learn, and love advising customers and sharing your passion with a loyal and informed clientele
You have excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable presentation, and always maintain a cheerful attitude
You have solid experience in managing retail stores, ideally in the beauty or luxury sector
You are autonomous and capable of managing several stores across the London area
You adapt easily to different team dynamics and customer profiles
You are mobile and available to work across all our London locations
Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is a
plus

strong knowledge
and
background
in the beauty industry is required.
