Floating Support Worker Maternity Cover

Salary : 26,423-27,300 per annum (13.55 - 14.00 per hour)

You will assist in the delivery of our floating support programme in Rhyl, providing effective support to individuals in three temporary accommodation projects. The role also includes facilitating at the support hub, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment through domestic duties, such as cleaning, room preparation for new service users, and food preparation, and contribution to the development of the floating support programme

About the role

Oversee the admission of new residents to temporary accommodation Assess immediate and ongoing support needs Facilitate the operation of the hub, where individuals with complex needs can access support and resources, including responsible alcohol use on the premises. Facilitate workshops at the hub promoting life skills e.g. cooking, arts & crafts Build relationships with residents, service-users, external agencies Participation in staff development & training and support the overall ethos of the Trust
