The Role

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. You'll play a vital role in delivering, maintaining, and repairing a variety of cleaning equipment, ensuring our clients receive reliable support and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct service visits and emergency call-outs for floor cleaning equipment Diagnose and repair hire and customer-owned machines in our workshop Deliver and collect hire equipment across the North West Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage upon delivery Clean and prepare returned machines for re-hire
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Full UK clean driving licence Minimum 5 years driving experience Strong communication skills Physically capable of handling heavy machinery Formal qualification and/or hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical engineering

Desirable:

Previous experience in field service or equipment maintenance Familiarity with cleaning equipment and industry standards Ability to work independently and adapt to varied environments Smart, professional appearance
