Job Description
AW Construction Services are a Folkestone based construction company undertaking commercial and domestic projects. Due to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced floor layer to join our friendly and highly valued team to work on a wide range of projects predominantly in London.
The right candidate must have experience in:
Latexing
Screeding
Liquid DPM's.
Sheet Vinyl
Cap & Cove
All aspects of prep work.
As we are a multidiscipline construction company, we benefit from having staff with broad skill sets, therefore applicants with experience of a broad range of trades will be viewed preferentially
The role will be on a self-employed basis.
The right candidate could be given a work van, if not lifts to and from site can be organised.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 180.00-250.00 per day
Experience:
Floor laying: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
