As the Floor Manager of The Steamhouse Kitchen, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with and supporting the on Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Leading by example, motivating, and developing the Front of House team in all aspects of service. Maintaining and improving operational procedures to meet our high standards. Ensuring that all products leaving the kitchen or the business adhere to our brand standards, and training your team to do the same. Ensuring adequate staffing levels for all roles during your shifts. Maintaining open and effective communication with the kitchen team and fostering a strong Front of House and Back of House relationship. Delivering exceptional customer service to uphold our high standards. Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations to keep our team and guests safe. Acting as the General Manager's deputy to cover during holidays or sickness.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
