Who you will be:

Support the GM, AGM, RM in the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant operation both FOH and BOH Safeguard the welfare and wellbeing of all staff in your team Create a world class work environment renowned within the industry Maintain impeccable standards of hospitality throughout the business Constantly strive to improve and refine all aspects of the business Maximize the profitability of the business Previous experience as a Floor Manager within a high-volume restaurant Ensuring that the food hygiene standards are met Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Keen attention to detail in maintaining the highest levels of service
