We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and uphold the highest levels of hospitality. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising food preparation, cooking, and service activities, ensuring smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations, including reservations, floor plan and guest seating.
Monitor service standards to ensure consistency and quality in guest experience.
Manage and supervise floor staff, ensuring they follow service standards.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback politely and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed at all times.
Control stock levels for front-of-house supplies and report shortages or issues to management.
Assist with staff rotas, attendance monitoring, and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the dining area at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality and restaurant floor management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering great dining experiences.
