Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a high standard of service. You will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be keen to learn and develop in hospitality.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Provide support to management in wine sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in bartending or wine sales is not necessary, but a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
