U Break We Fix is a trusted and growing mobile phone repair and retail business located in the heart of Hereford.

We specialize in mobile device repairs, accessories, and sales of refurbished and new phones. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Sales Manager to lead our front-of-house team and drive in-store sales.

Job Summary

As the Floor Sales Manager, you will oversee daily floor operations, manage sales staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary goal will be to maximize in-store sales, maintain high service standards, and create a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries professionally Manage product displays, merchandising, and stock rotation Assist with pricing, promotions, and product knowledge training Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the repair team Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment Report daily/weekly sales figures to the owner and suggest improvements Support hiring and training of new team members

Requirements

Proven retail or sales management experience (preferably in mobile or tech retail) Strong communication and leadership skills Customer-first attitude with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically Basic understanding of mobile phone models, accessories, and repair services Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Working Hours

Full-Time (6 days per week, including weekends) Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
