Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Screeder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of floor preparation, underfloor heating & screeding techniques, ensuring a smooth and level surface for various flooring types. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools including sanding floors..

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by installing insulation boards, underfloor heating and pouring liquid screed. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively including sanding screed floors before being tiled by others. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate underfloor layout. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Some ocassional stop outs over the UK will be required Must hold a Full UK clean driving license Must be over 21yrs old as will be required to drive the work vans

Qualifications

Proven experience in floor screeding or a related field is preferred within the construction industry. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. Punctual Good communication skills
