Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Floor Staff member to support daily operations across both our cafe and small retail space. Your role is to keep the environment clean, organised, and well-stocked and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Refill and rotate stock on the retail floor Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation during service hours. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this position.

Pay: 12.50-13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
