The Role

As a front-of-house team member, you'll be at the heart of our cinema operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience. You'll support all areas of the cinema, including lounges, auditoriums, and food & beverage service, while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the cinema. Assist with food and beverage service to guest areas. Maintain clean, tidy, and inviting public spaces. Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Handle guest enquiries professionally, escalating when necessary. Operate tills and POS systems accurately. Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Friendly, professional, and proactive in assisting guests. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
