Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle catering services for events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Support barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards when necessary. Uphold health and safety regulations within the workplace at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience is a plus, with the ability to create quality beverages preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are crucial for success in this role.
