Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drink in accordance with hygiene standards Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining food safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and organising service stations Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Support bartenders with beverage preparation during busy periods when necessary Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene

Qualifications

Previous experience in serving or hospitality would be beneficial Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required A proactive attitude with a strong team spirit Personal presentation that reflects the professional standards of the establishment
