Job Description
The Jolly Botanist is a multi award winning gin bar and dining room in the West End of Edinburgh.
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic people to join our independent team.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in both food and drinks with a keen interest in gin and cocktails.
Part time Floor staff - 18-25 hours
Pay and tips ( 3 - 3.5 ph on average ) are paid weekly and free staff food is provided on shift
minimum 1 year experience required
