Decanter Bruntsfield is a wine bar and restaurant, located on 183 Bruntsfield Place. It is independently run, unpretentious, with a lot (...a lot) of character.

We're now ready to expand our team, and are currently looking for an experienced Bartender to join us. Ideally, prospective candidates will have experience both on the floor and behind the bar, with some cocktail and wine knowledge already. Most importantly though, they will be keen to learn, friendly, with an upbeat attitude.

Decanter's concept is something the team is passionate about, and an understanding of the ethos, friendliness, banter, and concept of the restaurant is key. Full training will be provided, of course, but friendliness and excitement for the restaurant go a long way. We're a funny bunch, so it would be great to have someone who can easily integrate themselves into the team.

The role will be Two to three days a week with one Sunday on one Sunday off. We all help each other out, so the role will also include some time on the restaurant floor as well as our private dining when it opens.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.35 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
