We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties

Provide excellent hospitality by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly. Support restaurant operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns or requests they may have. Participate in catering events as required, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown. Uphold the establishment's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage. Skills in bartending or catering will be considered beneficial for this role. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
